Gary has retired from guitar repairs

Since 1972 I've been doing what I love, repairing instruments so that music lovers can perform at their peak. I've had the pleasure of serving customers, from the child starting out, to some of the top musicians. I'm so proud to have watched some of these children reach incredible heights in their chosen musical careers.
I worked in customer service at Tabler Music Co, which later became Musikland. In 2000 I emigrated to the UK, but soon missed family and friends so I returned. From 2001 I concentrated on repairs in Durban although I was offered two positions in Johannesberg, setting up instruments for importers. I am fortunate to have the support of all the music stores, music teachers and Musicians.
