Indeed, He loves the peoples, all His set-apart ones are in Your hand. And they, they sat down at Your feet, receiving Your Words. 
Mosheh commanded us a Torah, an inheritance of the assembly of Yaʽacov 
And He was Sovereign in Yeshurun, when the heads of the people were g 

D'varim 33:3-5

  אף חבב עמים כל־קדשׁיו בידך והם תכו לרגלך ישׂא מדברתיך׃
תורה צוה־לנו משׁה מורשׁה קהלת יעקב׃
 ויהי בישׁרון מלך בהתאסף ראשׁי עם יחד שׁבטי ישׂראל׃
